Featured slots

A clinic can pay for a Featured slot on a city-treatment page. That slot appears above the ranked list and carries a "Featured" label and a "paid placement" note so it is clear to any reader.

Payment buys placement in the Featured slot only. It does not change the clinic's score, its position in the ranked list, or any fact shown on its card. The ranked list reflects the scoring signals described on the How clinics rank page, applied the same way to every clinic regardless of commercial relationship.

What payment does not buy

• A higher score or rank in the main list
• Removal of negative signals (low review count, no published price, missing NPI match)
• Inclusion in the ranking if the clinic fails the eligibility gate
• Control over copy, stars, or any other fact shown

Lead form

When appointment requests are live, a lead form appears on clinic cards. Each request goes to the clinic the visitor selects. Clinics may pay per verified lead, a flat monthly fee, or both. The model in use will be noted here when leads launch.
