# Privacy

Some clinics pay for a Featured slot. Paying never changes a clinic's score or its place in the ranking.

## What this site does

-   **Served through Cloudflare.** Requests pass through Cloudflare's network. Cloudflare may log IP addresses and request metadata per its own privacy policy.
-   **Self-hosted fonts.** Font files are hosted on this domain. No request is made to Google Fonts or any other third-party font service.
-   **Microsoft Clarity.** Clarity records how pages are used (clicks, scrolling and pages viewed). It sets two first-party cookies, `_clck` and `_clsk`. The [Microsoft privacy statement](https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement) applies.
-   **Google Analytics.** Google Analytics counts visits and the pages viewed. It sets first-party cookies named `_ga` and `_ga_` followed by an id. The [Google privacy policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy) applies.

## What this site does not do

-   No advertising pixels
-   No cross-site tracking
-   No sale or sharing of personal data

## Appointment requests

When appointment requests are live, name, phone, treatment, insurance, and timeframe entered in a request form go to the clinic the visitor selects. That data is not stored beyond the routing needed to deliver it.
