Some clinics pay for a Featured slot. Paying never changes a clinic's score or its place in the ranking.

## Featured slot

A Featured slot places your clinic above the ranked list on the city-treatment page of your choice. It carries a "Featured" label so visitors know it is a paid placement.

Your score and rank in the main list stay exactly as the data produces them. Payment does not change your position in the ranked list.

## Appointment requests

When appointment requests are live, visitors can submit a request directly to your clinic from your card. You receive the visitor's name, phone, treatment, insurance, and timeframe.

## What is not for sale

-   Score or rank in the ranked list
-   Removal of verified data points (ratings, review counts, prices)
-   Eligibility for clinics that fail the gate (must list the treatment, must not be closed)
